Who am I?
I am just a Christian!!! I believe that the bible is the inspired Word of God (2Timothy 3:16) and is the only way that a person can keep their way pure (Psalm 119:9). I believe ”blessed is the man” who delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on it day and night (Psalm 1:2). I believe that no one can see the kingdom of God (John 3:3) nor enter the kingdom (John 3:5) without being born again. I believe that the wrath of God remains on him who does not believe and obey the Son of God – he has no eternal life (John 3:36). I believe that we are born in sin (meaning sinners from birth – Psalm 51:5). I am a Christian, nothing more and nothing less!
Currently
I am an area representitive for Voice of the Martyrs and author of, Urgency to Rise – a call to the American ‘church’. My latest book, Christian – a dangerous title to claim, is now out.
My Story – God’s Salvation (shortened)
Before Christ –
Before God’s gracious and merciful regeneration of my life, I was a sinner to the fullest definition. I was a liar, a thief, an adulterer, a drunk, a malicious gossip and a flat out God hater. In my use, or abuse, of women, I was truly a murderer at heart – not physically, but spiritually. I cared only for my selfish, materialistic and prideful arrogance. I used profanity as communication, anger as a lifestyle and deceit as my justification. I grew up in the church and yet denied God. But praise be to God that He showed me, a miserable sinner, His grace, mercy and love. Only to Him is credit due!
His wake up –
On May 18th of 2001, God woke me from my stupor. While talking with Pastor Larry Sequin (Calvary de Taos, Taos, NM), God’s righteous conviction began to burn into my soul. I remember the exact verse that God used to execute His final blow of conviction just before His salvation. The blow left me never walking the same, talking the same nor acting the same. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” (ESV) My life has never been the same.
Today –
Although I am not perfect, I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. Praise be to God that He convicts me in my weaknesses and convicts me through His word. I desire that my will comes into full alignment with His will. God has placed in me a desire to seek His fullness and glorify Him in all that I do. I may fail, but I will not remain as a failure. My prayer is that God continues to convict me of my unrighteousness and that I bless His name for it. It is my prayer that I always follow hard after God and be sanctified through His Spirit. It is my prayer that God holds me to the accountability as He does Ezekiel (read Ezekiel chapter 3).
God why me?
Often I have asked this very question? I have many times said to the Lord, “Lord how is it that you are using me is such ways? I don’t have a clue what I am doing? I think you have the wrong man. O’ Lord help me!” Truth is the Lord can use rocks and donkeys to speak for Him. For the last couple of years, the Lord has brought all types of people my way. He has brought the homeless, addicts, demon oppressed and possessed. He has brought the sick, the tired and the weary. More times than not, He has brought men my way. Not just any men, but men who profess to be Christians.
Challenge to introspect –
Test yourself and see if Christ Himself is indeed a reality in your life. If so, live in the reality of having been saved. The reality of experiencing Christ’s conversion is to be, as a style of life, about the Father’s business and in unison with the Holy Spirit. It is good, quite literally, to pray and mourn for the souls of the lost. When mourning comes to an end, go out with the full gospel of truth and fight hell over those souls, expecting to win. Good biblical preaching is a warring with hell, preaching with uncontrolled passion, speaking boldly in the Spirit, declaring the full gospel and pleading for souls to repent. Anything short of this is worldly, of the flesh and a disgrace to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I highly urge all believers to spend much time with the Lord over Matthew 7:21-23. These words of Christ are a warning to every professing believer! May these words never be spoken of you, “… I never knew you.” The only assurance you have in your Christian salvation is this, are you walking in the newness of the Lord Jesus Christ today, right now? Is the hope, the living Christ, indeed in you? Examine yourself – unless you are afraid that the truth is not in you – 2 Corinthians 13:5. Do you know Him, or just know of Him?
“Two things I ask of thee; deny them not to me before I die: Remove far from me falsehood and lying; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food that is needful for me, lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, ‘Who is the LORD?’ or lest I be poor, and steal, and profane the name of my God.”[1]

Jeremy, you are definitely annointed. I pray that God helps you stay strong in the path he is leading you. In a world of darkness, your light shines brightly. Keep up the good fight.
God bless you!
Good evening! we are new to Rockford, IL and trying to find a good church. I found your site typing a search with the words “church Rockford, IL and Paul Washer (I’m a big fan). Are you in Rockford, and is there a church here (I’m assuming you may also be in Rockford–?) like his way down south?? Thank you for your time! We’d like to visit one this Sunday! Carol Hines
Hello and good to hear from someone new and eager. Unfortunately I have yet to find a Church like Paul Washer’s here in this area. We have a home church on Saturday nights in Byron – just south of Rockford about 9-10 miles. I live in Stillman Valley just south of Rockford 7 miles south of the airport. On Saturdays a friend of mine, Dan Frost graduate of Moody, leads most of the Saturday nights and on Sunday mornings we go to the Red Brick Church in Stillman. Pastor Chris Brauns is the Pastor at the Red Brick. He just had a new book out called, “Unpacking Forgiveness.” Please feel free to join us either day or both, at least you would get a chance to meet some more people in the area. I can tell you some churches that I would avoid for sure, but go where the Spirit leads. I will send you a quick email as well from my email address. We are going down to the True Church Conference in Muscle Shoals in Feb, you are more than welcome – this is Paul Washer’s home church. What brought you to Rockford area? Hope to hear back from you! God bless, Jeremy
Hey Jeremy,
Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment on my site. Your encouragement is greatly appreciated and I thank God for the blessing he shows to sinners such as you and I in our efforts to proclaim the truth in an age of apathy, doubt and watering down of the gospel. May he continue to bless and encourage you in your ministry efforts, brother. I would quite like to get a copy of your book….can you get it in the UK?
Be sure to drop by and comment again….it’s good for us on the web with the same desire and passion for proclaiming Christ to support and encourage one another. Please do let me know of any prayer requests that you may have now or in the future.
In Christ

Dear Jeremy,
You don’t know me and I don’t know you. While doing a web search for Christian organizations who have embraced The Way of the Master, I came across your ministry’s webpage.
My wife and I have been missionaries in Brazil since 1991! We recently left our mission – Campus Crusade for Christ – due to our adoption of The Way of the Master. We would like to continue ministering in Brazil to students, professors and professionals, as well as minister to churches in the areas of biblical evangelism, Christian worldview, apologetics, Systematic Theology and bible study methods. We are also open to the idea of planting a church there as the need arises from our initial ministry.
All this to ask: Do you know of any good mission agencies that have adopted WOTM? I’ve sensed from most organizations either an indifference, at best, toward WOTM and, in a couple of cases, animosity. Any help you can be on this will be GREATLY appreciated! We need to have some direction by the end of August in order to channel our financial support in the right direction.
Thank you for any help you can be to us on this!
God bless you!
One more thing: We, too, are REFORMED!

Jeremy,
I want to first say that I thank the lord for you because I have been saved since I was 12 yrs old but as I became a teenager I fell far from the lord and I was lost for a long time. I have recently in the past year been led back to the lord! I was addicted to drugs for about 10 years I was so lost! the devil has been trying to hinder me bu t I WILL FIGHT the GOOD fight in the name of JESUS! I started reading your book i believe the lord led me to this book because I have been struggling with feeling like my walk with GOD is faltering your words have let me know that I am not alone! I just wanted you to know that! Praying for you and loving you in the Lord keep on keepin on!
Melissa,
Thank you so much for your kind words. I will send a more private email to you soon. May the Lord do a mighty work in your life!
God bless you!
Jeremy
Jeremy,
Good evening/morning, brother! Is the Saturday night ‘home church’ still active in Byron? I live very near to Byron, and I am just now seeing your response to my email from over a year ago, somehow! I love the church I found, but sometimes thirst to fellowship with more like-minded people. (I’m a huge Paul Washer/WOTM/ToddFriel/DrJohnMacArthur fan.) Grace & peace to you! Carol
