Dear Praying partners,
Greetings in the powerful Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! In these last days God has been using WOREM inc to do great works especially in villages and remote parts of Africa. Your prayers and support have made things to work! Thanks for allowing God to use you in that way. After the post-election violence in 2007/8 our main church in Eldoret was destroyed and looted. Many churches and pastors in Africa have looked at this non-denominational church as their Headquarters and me as their overseer.
Many times we have been worshipping in the open air with harsh winds and rains that interupt the service. We then relocated to worship at our orphanage in Eldoret. The Lord has been adding numbers every time. It has been the prayer of the pastors allover Africa and churches affiliated to WOREM inc that we expand the Headquarters. We have began this journey of expansion by faith.
By the grace of God we are building a church with a sitting capacity of 200. We have already set the pillars and started the roof. We have not been able to continue with construction due to lack of funds. Please, pray for us and If the Lord enables you to support this project we will appreciate. I know you would like to support. Please write back as soon as the Lord leads. Attached are photos for the latest state of the building: Details are as follows:
1.) One of our Associate pastors preaching in an open Air service (2.) Rev Sebastian Ombima, preaching in an open Air service: When it rains it has been hectic (3,4,5, & 6) Members packet to full capacity in one of the buildings at the orphanage (7 & 8)New WOREM inc Headquarters church roofed (9,10,11 & 12)Builders working on the roof of the new church building
God bless you!

Below is a message from Sebastian Ombima of Kenya. He is a good friend and brother in Christ. Sebastian is currently on a one month mission through the US and Canada. On May 5th he will be flying back to Kenya. Please keep him in prayer and please keep his family, ministry and orphanage in prayer. Pray for God’s provisions and most importantly that His good will be done! Sebastian also ministers to hundreds of pastors in Northern Africa.
“Dear prayer partners,
I flew into Chicago,IL on Wednesday 21st April from Winnipeg, Canada where I was welcome by Terry Light with his brother Mark. They were so excited to meet me, so was I. We drove direct to a fellowship that evening at around 7pm. Terry did an introduction to brethren present including Samuel, the pastor of the church he attend. The following day I attended a feeding programme and a fellowship whereby i shared about our work in Africa and gave a word of exhotation.
“On Sunday 25th I was ministering at the Presbyterian Church with my new friend Gene after which we hooked up with friends at Rockford community church. Today I spoke to kids and teachers at an elementary school in Rockford who were excited to hear about Africa. This week I will be attending more gatherings and ministering. Please, pray for me. Pray also for my wife who is not feeling well. My son Dan will be 3 this Thursday and I ask for your prayers for him as he grows up to be a God fearing boy.
“Sunday 2nd May I will be preaching in the 5 gates church then possibly Rockford community church and then fly to New Mexico to be with Jeremy Stang and his family. Jeremy has also planned for a meeting for me there. I will be flying back to Kenya on 5th May from Elpaso Texas. There is need for support of the ministry and orphanage in Kenya. Should the Lord impress in your heart to give you can write a check to Jeremy Strang or donate via paypal.
God bless you!”

“It continues raining heavily here with the floods killing in some areas and destroying property. Our orphanage has been affected with 2 buildings destroyed plus food store with floods sweeping away food. Pray for provision for food, medical supplies and building materials.
Please pray. ”
Rev Seb
Sebastian will be coming to the US in the first week of April. He will be staying with my family and I for a couple of days before heading up to minister in Canada. Please pray that the Lord would provide for his trip to Canada. If the Lord leads you to support, go to WOREM at the top of the blog page.
God bless,

For the last month or so I have been thinking about how to present and introduce you to a new friend of mine. He is a wonderful brother in the Lord and has a very powerful, wonderful, persecuted and much needed ministry in Africa. The timing is an absolute must now! The letter email below comes from Rev. Sebastian Ombima, founder of World Revival Evangelistic Ministries, Eldoret, Kenya, East Africa.
“Dear Prayer partners,
”My orphanage administrator wrote me a message below stressing the overwhelming needs at the orphanage. This comes at a time when we have many other needs for the Church and ministry. Please, pray for us and as the Lord leads your support will be so helpful. Blessings!
Rev Ombima”
“Praise Jesus, Rev. Just wanted to inform you that the food stock has expired and if anything is not done, the children will be starving. Yours, Jescah”
Will you at least pray?
Please check out their website and respond as the Lord would have you do. Prayer is always most crucial, true Spirit led prayer that is! Pray that the Lord will open up the store houses upon the children and most importantly Christ will be shown to every man, woman and child.
